MZECH has been a guiding force in the fields of Architectural/Engineering
design and construction supervision for more than three decades. MZECH’s special
emphasis on the broad and increasingly complex issues of land use planning and design
encourages the appropriate use of resources, and provides for the enhancement of the environment.
MZECH’s practice occurs at all scales, from small specific plans to broad sweeps of property and cities.
Clients range from developers, corporations and institutions to cities, public agencies and national governments.
Their common need is the resolution of land/buildings based problems, which is why MZECH, with its multidisciplinary staff –
from planners and urban designers to architects, engineers and in house consultants– is consistently
effective.MZECH employs the
trademarked DEEP approach (Design, Environment,
Economic and Planning) which is perfectly suited to complex and simple design projects.
MZECH seeks significant work, measured not by size, but by relevance to a project’s impact on its community,
investors, and place. Although each public place has a unique character, they share a respect for the natural
environment and local culture.
MZECH is sensitive to the preservation of increasingly dwindling high-tech and local resources. We understand the
importance of turning constraints into opportunities while minimizing impacts. We draw on the strengths of a
community’s uniqueness and natural environment,
and create guidelines to ensure the attributes that attract the public will remain for years to come.
The buildings, communities and cities we design are truly alive with social, cultural and commercial activity.
MZECH’s passion is creating solutions that reveal a sense of place and bring focus to the commercial and civic
core of a city. The pedestrian is home here, but vehicular and transit opportunities are comfortably woven into
the urban fabric.
MZECH has a long history of work in Egypt, Arab Gulf Area and Middle Eastern countries in collaboration with most reputable
international design firms and in a variety of capacities, including urban revitalization, resort design, parks design, and all
types of buildings architectural/engineering design.
Over more than three decades, we have successfully completed high-profile projects such as resort developments, community and city
center master planning, planning of major infrastructure facilities, and all types of private and public buildings. We have made a
name for ourselves by always applying unique approaches to each project but perhaps more importantly,
our staff recognizes that each city is unique and is not like other parts of the world.
